Poor customer service. Management team had miscommunication; everyone makes mistakes; understandable. The day shift manager didn't do what they said that they would do. The night shift workers weren't helpful. They said that the day shift manager would call back the next day, but the day shift manager never did. The night shift worker kept saying that she'll text the day shift manager to call back, but still haven't heard anything. No one stood by what they said. No one was helpful in any way. Wouldn't recommend this store location to anyone.

I know it's a Target Express store, but I really expected there to be a wider selection. One really cool thing about it though, was the free phone charging machine! Register your phone number and a security picture, and a charging locker opens. Quick to use, and very convenient!

New store in a new smaller format they are trying. Pretty much has everything big Target has, but less brands, varieties and sizes. I believe they call stores in this format Target express.

Highland location on Ford Parkway is Expensive, however, it's a clean, well organized store and happy to have it so close.

Firstly people it's Target Express! Don't expect a regular target in 1/8 the real estate. I go weekly for odds and ends that I only buy at Target but don't always want to make to trek out there to get. I love this concept - easy in and easy out (sans the parking lot which is horrible generally speaking). I have yet to see a situation where the prices are different than 'big' Target. Even if they were, the marginal difference is worth the convenience for me.
