left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.nnI entered the store intending to shop for clothing for myself. Upon entering, I noticed a security guard near the front. As I continued shopping, I became increasingly aware that another security guard appeared to be following me throughout the women’s department. At the same time, I noticed the first security guard positioned in areas where I happened to be shopping, including the purse section.nnI understand that stores have a responsibility to maintain security and prevent theft. However, there is a significant difference between providing security for a store and making a paying customer feel as though they are under suspicion simply for browsing merchandise.nnAs I moved through the store, the repeated presence of security around me became impossible to ignore. It made me feel watched rather than welcomed. Instead of enjoying my shopping experience, I found myself feeling anxious, uncomfortable, and questioning why I was receiving that level of attention.nnWhether this was intentional or not, the impact was the same. Customers should be able to shop without feeling singled out, monitored, or followed in a way that causes embarrassment or distress. No one should leave a store feeling worse than when they entered.nnI wanted to bring this experience to your attention because it was significant enough that I am now hesitant to return to your store.

Angel at Burlington was absolutely amazing. She helped us even though she didn’t have to, and she did it with such a positive attitude. She was extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we found what we needed.nnIt’s rare to come across someone who goes beyond their job description just to make a customer’s experience better, but Angel did exactly that. Burlington is lucky to have her!

They were both very helpful, friendly, and professional in person, and they had already assisted us over the phone beforehand, which made everything smooth and easy when we arrived. Great attitudes, great communication, and a genuinely positive experience. Thank you both for the great service.

I really like shopping at Burlington's but this one was nasty they didn't have everything on the shelf I got two pictures of workers who are trying to fix things up but it's not going to work out this place is disgusting the bathroom stink the floor is full of stains they can't even keep it up and it just looks like chaos and the wreck I would recommend that you never step foot inside of this Burlington's I would recommend that you find a different one somewhere down the road because I am never going there and again I would rate them less but I can only write them one star. Ensure its just poorly managed.
