This is by far one of the worst Wal-Mart stores in Minnesota. You have some very rude employees here. I love all my people of all shades and hues but your employees of African decent (Not African American)are rude as hell, and I always see some of them just walking around doing much of nothing and just slow dragging. You have so many products out of place and wonder why people are complaining about the price... If you want your store to go a little better and want people to continue to shop there. Reevaluate your employees, you can do better I know you can.

It's a Walmart. Average by US standards. Their prices are low, but that's because they cheap out on customer service. Not sure why people are complaining; Walmart pays their staff almost nothing and they employ as few people as possible. If you want better service and better products, go to Costco.

Selection of stuff is good, however, god help you if you need service. Bluntly, the service here sucks. I asked a guy behind the counter in the photo department for help getting a passport photo and he told me it was his time to clock out for the day. I asked if he could get someone else to help me, which he agreed to; cut to 15 minutes of me standing around still waiting for help and I ended up just leaving without Making a purchase.

I can usually find everything i am looking for quickly. They don't have a full grocery section here but they do have some groceries. They usually have really good clearance items here as well. The worst part is going through check out, you can never seem to get in and out of this place quick enough. Going through guest services to return/exchange some things today and it took forever. I guess all things considered it IS Wal-Mart. Pretty much the exact experience you would imagine it to be.

Worse customer service. 80% of the people do not have the ability to answer any of your questions on basic knowledge of the store. Don't ask for help they cannot even tell you what isle to look in. Most of them just stair at you. I waited in line for one hour one day to return something. When the woman asked for another cashier the manager laughed at her when he seen the line and left.
