Tanner's Sports Grill & Bar

This is an awesome place to have some drinks and eat some good, fairly priced food. We usually order the "bar food" (burgers and deep fried items), and I highly recommend the loaded fries!! I did order a wrap once, and it was fresh and tasty. I believe they have some 'homestyle dinner' choices as well. We've never been disappointed with the food, or the Value! Service is usually really good, even when they're busy. An extra tip worth mentioning: they have 2 parking lots, and often times they are both totally full. But, don't let that deter you, assuming they're overly busy, if you want to stop for a quick drink or meal. They have volleyball leagues, which doesn't seem to effect their service in the main bar/restaurant. They also have an outdoor patio and swimming pool in the summer. No doubt, the bar & restaurant do get busy (because it's a good place), but it's never been an issue for us. They handle it very well. Tanners has become a go to place for us to play some pool and enjoy a few hours out without having to spend too much $$$

Nice place! Our server, Courtney was very friendly and helpful. After dinner we moved to the bar and they were great as well. We will be back!

$25 in food (great food) $80 in shots & mixed drinks between Two. 3 doubles Absolute & Monster + 3 shots of tequila 3/4 full x2 for my partner and I. Remember though, I don't drink much and did not leave buzzed up. Waitress and food was great but drinks were very weak. Went to the bar to finish watching the Brewers game. 1/2 hr later we decided to get our bill and take off, and the bartender finally said something. (Oh you're leaving?). Which were the only words I got from her since I sat down. That being said, very disappointing because I thought I found a place where me and my girl could chill watch the Brewer game. Watch the Packer game and have a couple of drinks and enjoy ourselves. Coming to find out I guess it's not the place for us without it costing an arm and a leg and being very disappointed as I walked out the door.

Saw Jordie Nelson here as a Rookie doing a TV show back in 2010, good memories. Morgan and Michelle will serve up the stuff you are looking for. Pool and outdoor Bar area is awesome during Summer with live Music, so take a Dip, have a drink and groove. Winter Chili and Football are fun and comforting.

Great sports bar. The owner is a good dude. We had an excellent time and will be back. This is the only place you need to park your ass if in the Kimberly/Appleton area.
