Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

For a long time we have passed over Applebee's as "just another chain restaurant"..This is far from the truth. The menu was exciting and Diverse. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs, even turning down the AC for us when we felt cold. And the food..Excellent! There are a lot of places to eat around here, but I seem to be stuck on the idea of returning here, when I have the occasion. Recommend it to anyone!

Why do we go back. After one bad experience we should know better. We have them another chance and after being seated we had the feeling it would be bad. We were right.

My food was good and seasoned well but the sirloin was tough. My biggest complaint was the restaurant was freezing. It was only 75 degrees outside and I think it was 55 degrees inside. I told the hostess to seat us where it was the warmest. She honestly couldn't find a place. I didn't have a sweater in my car. I also noticed 2 Ladies get up and get jackets from their car. Because it was so cold my food cooled off in 5 minutes. I rushed to eat while it was warm . Very disappointed. Sincerely, Janet Schroeder

Star was the perfect person to take care of me and my family ask for her she is great with everyone and all ages 1 year old and up thatnks again star.

Typically the food is good but my last meal, the checken was over cooked and dry and everything on the plate was barely warm.
