Buffalo Wild Wings

Called 3 weeks ago and scheduled a Fantasy football draft party. They told me it would be no problem and that the evening was open. I verified the phone number that I called the correct Buffalo Wild Wings. When we arrived they had no written record of the event. We ended up having to make last minute changes to make our event work. Very dis-organized.

Took over an hour to get wings and fries. Had manager Beth to come over since some food was still cold after waiting an hour for the food. We were trying to understand what went wrong with our order and just wanted a sorry..., but instead Beth just comped our food and asked us when we were done just to leave. So we all stopped eating in the middle of our meal and left. We did leave a $20 for the bartender for tip. Funny part was bartender was saying sorry behind the managers back... Beth surly is not manager material. I will never go back there and doubt I will go back to another BW3 again. First time ever being asked to leave an restaurant due to bad service. If the order was going to take longer than normal the staff should of gave us an heads up.

The customer service here is absolutely awful. Each time myself or my coworkers have called to order food, the staff is extremely rude and gives us attitude. When we pick up food, the staff is anything but helpful; always greeting us with rude faces and horrible attitudes. The staff makes you feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and like you are not a priority. I feel like I have to try and please them to get decent service. I will not be visiting this location again; I absolutely do NOT recommend going here.

waitress lost my bank card in restaurant. food was way over cooked. 2$ tip is all i gave and will never return there.. would much rather go to McDonald's

Always good food, it's random whether the wings have alot of sauce or barely any, just ask for extra if you want more :)
