The place is very clean. I give one star because due to one employee at the south location not doing her job rite correctly. Now I'm paying for it months later. Me and a girlfriend went in to cancel in May and we were assured by an employee that they were canceled. Well my card was just charged by them months later. I am now $-242 in my bank account because of their charges. I've spoken with their management team and written multiple times. They were helpful at first and now I've yet to hear back from them. Probably trying to brush it off. They say they cannot refund because THEIR employee didn't know how to do their job. I am a part time waitress supporting a child on my own and this is not okay! Do not sign up with a membership because you can get screwed too.
