Face to Face Day Spa

I dropped in to Face to Face Day Spa for a manicure and they were able to fit me in within an hour (a nice bonus but I realize not always possible). Very friendly and accommodating to this tourist. It is the best manicure I have ever had! I would recommend them to anyone, and will say it is worth booking ahead if you know you are heading to Bend -- I know I will be back during my next visit! Thanks!

It is AWESOME, above average, and petsonalized: nails, hair, massage, make up and champagne!! Reasonably priced and professional! Exceptional value and service!

I love everyone who works there, it's like going in to see good friends and get pampered. Love it! I go in at least once a week and I'm always treated beyond what I expect and trust me I can be like a tornado sometimes lol

My experience was terrible. I was scheduled for 4 pm at about 4:45pm my facial began. They closed at 5:30pm. I got a 45 minute facial was charged for the 1-hour facial. It felt like a very rushed facial. The esthetician was nice, but things were rushed and I understand why. The owner was there though. She knew how late things were. I didn't think I needed to communicate that things were wrong, clearly I was wrong. I won't be back.

I ended up here because another spa did not return my phone calls. How lucky for me. I loved my day of pampering at Face to Face, and will definitely go back in the future. The massage was wonderful. The mani/pedi a luxurious treat. I took advantage of the Paradise Spa package, and it was worth every penny. The biggest plus for me, everyone there was very friendly. I've been to spas before, where if you weren't dressed up with make up on, they don't treat you as well. Not so here. I was in yoga wear, and no make up, no problem. I was treated as well as the more well attired people who came in. Thank you to all!!
