These people are ripoff artists! Went in and purchased a gift certificate for my girlfriend for Christmas for a haircut and mani/pedi. Total came to $100, $40 for the cut and $60 for the combo. When she went in for her appointment she asked the stylist how much to touch up her roots since she already has highlights. She told her it would be $50 extra, not a big deal. After the appointment the owner rang her up and charged her $100 for the touch up saying her hair was to long and they had to use more than usual for a touch up. When my girlfriend tried to question her about it and brought up what the stylist had told her, the owner made a scene and embarrassed my girlfriend in front of other customers. This place is not worth the price. There are much better salons in bend that don't take advantage of their customers.

Dear fishguydemasoni we read your review and deeply apologize for any misunderstanding for your girlfriend's color. The stylist gave her a full highlight so her hair would look beautiful blended. We often find a client wants a retouch but unless we did the original color it is impossible to give a quote retouch, so I deeply apologize for the misunderstanding. I also deeply apologize for embarrassing her which was not my intention, only to ask the stylist what she did for your girlfriend, which was give her highlights. I feel we had a misunderstanding from all ends and we appreciate the fact you reached out so we could strengthen our communication. Sadly we all human beings that can make mistakes. We would be honored to reach out to you to give her a complimentary valued mani/pedi $60.00, which is what you really wanted her to have in the first place. Our prices for a retouch of roots is $50.00 Full Highlight $100.00 Partial $80.00 Which is competitively priced for Bend, it was not our intention to deceive her, only to give her what she wanted.

A recent customer stated: 2/25/16, 6:31 pm Sarah V., my stylist, was beyond amazing and so cool! She is hip, funny, she listens and does precision work, AND my hair turned out BEAUTIFUL! I love it! Awesome experience.

I had a great experience at Injoy. The staff are very nice and friendly. They offered me some hot tea when I arrived and I had a wonderful shellac manicure for a very reasonable price. I took my daughter to have an eyebrow wax the same day and she loved it! I am extremely happy that I decided to try Injoy spa. Leslie did the manicure and the waxing. She was very professional and the salon is very neat and clean, with a fun decor. They are located near my house, so I will be returning very soon.
