Tam's

We reached the part of town that had very limited number of restaurants and upon seeing a Chinese restaurant we decided to give it a try after doing some reading. The restaurant is tiny with limited tables. The menu itself is very limited and had no vegetarian options. Upon asking if they can make some adjustments, which they could. We were not too hungry so we just ordered a vegetarian Fried Rice and Stir Fried Vegetables. The Fried Rice was heavy on Soy Sauce and low in any other flavours and very few vegetables. The Stir Fry had some Bok Choy, cauliflower and broccoli. The Stir Fry had lots of garlic and that's it. For a small town, our expectations were very low and the food met those expectations.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. Absolutely the worst "Chinese" food ever. I believe if the Chinese knew that this place was serving this garbage and calling it that they'd be pissed.

Food is good but they stopped making chicken soo-guy. Very disappointed.

This small restaurant is located right down my street and serve some of the best Chinese food in town. The small dinning area makes for an intimate dinning experience. The food is very affordable, they serve moderate size portions and the food quality has always been above average. They have fast delivery services for those who prefer to order take out. Also very clean with excellent service. The menu is somewhat limited but the combination plates are quite varied. If you prefer an intimate chinese dinner in a cozy restaurant rather than a loud busy buffet, then Tam's might just be what you are looking for.
