Went to return something for the wife. Lady in front of us had her card declined a bunch of times which i believe irritated the cashier. When we got up, she was clearly frustrated and told us that the debit machines were down and that no returns or purchases would be possible, we sat outside for a moment and watched her cash someone else out.

Absolutely terrible terrible service. There is no response if you try to call and terrible service once you arrive. I was looking for boots only to discover that they do not carry boots at this location. That would have been useful information that could have been communicated by phone before I actually arrived.

Never had any issues here. Good sale selection at times.
