Poor  clothing display ! Bad customer service price tags are not attached to most of the clothes. Very disappointing clothing arrangements for Men and women this store has to change their store display. Sometimes it irritates us to search for clothes. One good thing is their collections are good !

I get the California surf culture they wish to portray but do they need to also bring the stench of California as well with the awful cologne/perfume?? Have they ever heard of a scent sensitive and safe shopping environment? Ironically, California is known for sunshine yet their stores are always dimly lit - go figure.

Never back to this store, after 15 mins in the line for online pickup, the cashier gave my order and asked me to put my stuff in the bags which was wired to me, the way that she asked me was impolite while it is the cashier responsibility and it is part of her job. My experience was awful.
