Tried the food for the first time. Indicated as such on my order notes. A very nice note on my order slip from the store stating 'we hope you enjoy our food' We certainly did! Chicken in both our dishes cooked superbly with outstanding mix of heat, spice and excellent flavor. We will be ordering again soon for sure. Excellent value for money. Thank you Team Tahn Door. Keep up the great work, you will go far.
Today we ordered the Tandoori Chicken + Garlic Naan. It was juicy and packed with flavour. I definitely recommend this dish. We’ve been scoping out this spot for a little while now as we normally have to drive to Scott Road or Chilliwack for Indian food. So glad they’re finally open. I can’t wait to try their other dishes
Service was good, not great. My first time eating here and I would definitely come back! I ordered the dippin’ naans which were delicious. I can’t handle much spice, and I thoroughly enjoyed the butter sauce that it came with; it was flavorful and had enough spice to add depth to the taste without being unpleasant. It doesn’t come with a lot of naan bread, but I was happy to take the leftover sauce home to enjoy later.
Tahn Door is the only Indian restaurant from where I order, and for good reason. The quality of food which is consistently top notch and menu selections are excellent. My entire family is hooked from the first time we tasted their menu, and we have tried multiple Indian restaurants over the years. In fact, we live within a couple of blocks from several Indian restaurants. Nothing, however, has impressed us more than Tahn Door. More power to you, Tahn Door. Until the next time.
The food is good, but nothing special. The girl working the counter spoke poor english which is always annoying. Why are people taking orders if they cannot communicate? Prices are insane. I paid over $32 for 8 pieces of chicken and some fries. At a Chinese restaurant I can get twice as much for the same price. 2/5 stars. I enjoyed the food but will not return due to the insulting prices.

Its best Indian Restaurant in Coquitlam, Today I ordered 4-5 time and everyday got best portions and fresh food. Please don’t increase prices in future and please never compromise with Good taste. From the consistent great food and mango lassi to the short delivery time on Ubereats, this restaurant has easily become a go to place for my friends and family! The stuffed naan is easily my favourite, you’ve got to try it! I really appreciate the effort put into making so many different options of healthy and delicious Desi food, so everyone I know, regardless of their dietary restrictions, can enjoy a great meal with their loved ones!
By far the best Tandoori Chicken I’ve tried in Vancouver and Coquitlam. Strongly recommend this great new spot. Exceeds expectations. Definitely our new favourite go-to when we have cravings for fresh Indian food.
Ordered takeout thru skip. Portions are tiny for the pricing especially Dal Makhni and Shahi Paneer. Way expensive. Taste wise not too great. Vegetarian Biryani was not Biryani but just vegetables with rice. More like pulao, green peppers were not even cooked properly. How they justify the pricing is beyond me. Would not order again.
Went there the other day and got chicken biriyani..wasn’t sure if it’s gonna be good or not after i had read few reviews about it not being that good but am glad I tried it..it was much better than few other places i tried before. Perfect spice, well cooked meat definitely coming back
