Story

Our team is pleased to open the first Pizza al Taglio restaurant in Laval-Montréal. We believe in providing an authentic Italian dining experience with the best ingredients and equipment. We use only fresh produce with italian flour from Italy, to create a light and easily digestible crust, after rising for 72 hours. Even our electric oven is from Italy.

It truly is “A taste of Rome in every slice”.

Notre équipe est heureuse d'ouvrir le premier restaurant Pizza al Taglio à Laval/Montréal. Nous croyons en une expérience culinaire italienne authentique avec les meilleurs ingrédients et équipement. Nous n'utilisons que des produits frais, ainsi que la farine d'Italie à créer une croûte légère et facile à digérer, après avoir levé pendant 72 heures. It's all in the crust..Period. A pizza is nothing without its crust and Taglio di Roma has perfected it into an artform. To top it off, the pairing of the ingredients complements the crust with perfection. This place is busy and the pizzas just keep rolling out. Be patient..you won't regret it.
Delicious pizza. We love the different flavours . The pizza is always fresh. I also recommend their arancini.
Excellent pizza, great variety of toppings not normally seen. Spicy Sausage is a favourite but so it potato slice pizza, always a hit when I have a get—together at home and need a quick bite.
If you didn't try this pizzeria yet im telling you, You must try it out right now ,Wow their pizza is so delicious the daugh is crunchy the tomato sauce is fresh , fresh mozzarella cheese. The hospitality is amazing generous people.

The real Italian slices that taste like the ones in Rome. They have some many choices. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. On top of all, it's not expensive.
