I would give this place a 3 only because the food was good. I would not return here because of the atmosphere of this place and also for the lack of attentiveness from the stuff towards us We had reservations and automatically were placed at the bar, we didn't think it would be a big deal because the bar area was really pretty but it seems like the management was more interacting with the big tables. The place was really loud because it was filled with groups/ birthdays. Our waitress was the bartender, which was making drinks all night long and had very little interaction with us. This is not an authentic Italian place but the food was actually good, we got the calamari, we got the arugula salad and the lamb pappardelle, they were all very good. The drinks were also good. To end the night we ordered 2 espresso martinis and cannolis. The bartender made our espresso martinis with Bailey's, when we all know there's no baileys in espresso martinis, this was also not mentioned on the menu. When we told her that it wasn't mentioned in the menu, she turned and told us the reason she puts bailey's is because it doesn't create foam when you don't put bailey's which is completely false. It seemed that she didn't like it when we told her we cannot drink these because we are lactose and there's no mention of the Baileys as an ingredient on the menu. We also got some cannolis, the ricotta was only filled at each end of the cannoli shell, leaving the middle part of the cannoli completely empty. Also another thing which I don't think I've ever seen in a restaurant was that pretty much all the employees came and sat next to us at the bar and started eating as if there shift was over when there was alot of ppl still in the restaurant, we had to wait for the bartender to finish in order to ask for the bill because it felt awkward. Even tho the food was good I will not return

A luxurious place for dates. Pizza is bad. Pasta is SO GOOD. Service gets a 5 . Calm and romantic.

Very good tartare and pizza. Service is slow but place was busy so understandable. The dining area on the mezzanine is really cute and the bathrooms were clean. Luxurious so be ready to pay accordingly.Recommended dishesPizza

Really exceed my expectations and it's really nice inside. The staff is great the design is cool and the foods allways really good. The bar is really nice. The menu changes often. You can see them making the food in the kitchen too wich is cool. There’s a upstairs area for party’s

Horrible, horrible and horrible service. I’ve been to several restaurants but this has to be the worst ever. It took over 3 hours to get a pizza. Doesn’t even make sense. We had a reservation for 7pm and only received our dishes at 10:15pm. How is that possible? First time and definitely our last.Food: 4/5

Worst experience ever!!! First off there was no employee to sit me down for the party that I was going to attend I standee up and waited for 7 min before getting seated. The pizza dough was so soggy and wet and the service was so bad took them forever to bring water everytime we wanted and when I asked for bread our waitress rolled her eyes.. however place is nice for cocktails great ambience lol

The food was mediocre, the vibe was good but the service was terrible. On multiple occasions I had to interrupt employees conversations with one another to get to the bathroom or to my seat. They were more interested in their drama than their customers.

Best pizza restaurant in Laval. They have a great selection of appetizers and they’re good presentation is also on point. They’re cavatelli’s are one of my favourite dish also. They have a nice terrace in the summer. Great restaurant for groups or a quick pizza at the bar. The staff is great and on point. Only downside is their espresso isn’t the best

Good Italian food restaurant. The food was great, salmon tartare, Margarita pizza, fried calamari, ravioli and pastas were excellent! Cannoli were good. Must visit. Nice outdoor veranda.

I held a birthday at Piatti and we had the most wonderful, intimate and delicious experience. Thanks to Anthony the manager who organized all the details for the group and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The menu is generous and really great variety to enjoy the piatti experience! The environment was intimate and we were set up on the mezzanine which was so spacious! 5/5 experience!
