I recently had the pleasure of dining at Taco Time. Those nachos & Taco Salad, they were absolutely scrumptious! The chips were perfectly crispy, and they were generously topped with a mouthwatering blend of melted cheese, flavorful salsa, creamy guacamole, and tangy sour cream. Each bite was a burst of delicious flavors that left me craving for more. The portion size was generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant feeling fully satisfied.
They think that people don't speak their language. lol, I heard everything that was said. If you're going to claim to put extra meat into people's food, expect them to ask for it individually cupped. It is rude to speak poorly about your customers even in other languages.... still decent food, though, and I enjoyed the old-fashioned themes, that's why I went to begin with.
Very very disappointed and feel ripped off! Ordered two large beef burritos and got two small burritos. I shouldn’t have bought the bag they put it in otherwise I would have seen what I was being given. $31 dollars is a lot of money for two small burritos and a drink.Food: 1/5
This place stinks like it has never been cleaned and I will never eat from a taco time because they are just really bad with the preparation of the food and i even felt food was smelling wanky. If you are taking only drive through, please visit inside the store then you'll know what i am saying.Food: 1/5
Perhaps just the location but it was very dirty outside and the inside was a bit dark and grungy. The service was very slow and always has been as this is a place we hit up when we fiinish with winners, however this option used to be great thanks to price now it seems to have gone way up but the food quality doesnt match.Food: 3/5
This has to be one of the worst taco time locations in Edmonton area. I should have just driven to St Albert... one of the best locations... my mistake. I have never eaten tacos so disgusting that I didn't finish... the lettuce was soft and wilted, the tomatoes were mushy, the beef was COLD and tasted like yesterdays beef... so disgusting, and obviously the cheese was not melted. I enjoy taco time, but not here ever again. I even went up to the counter and mentioned that the beef in the tacos was cold... they told me to take it home and microwave it for 30 seconds? OMG... and I went to the washroom which looked like a horror story with graffiti on the walls, and no soap. So where do your employees wash their hands? Yuck.
Very bad customer service. I asked the cashier what "refritto beans" are because I never had them and he kept asking if I want black beans and corn. I looked at him confused and asked again, then he rolled his eyes at me and I just gave up and ordered something else. Also in the washroom there was a huge spider on the floor. Food was barely okay, not much spice or flavor to it. Vegetarian options: No protein alternative, just corn and beans.
Love my Burrito. The service was great, and the restaurant was clean. I sat in the sunshine and enjoyed my lunch. Food: 5/5
Had a beef Burrito. It was good. There was a bit of a wait in line bc thier payment machine was having issues. But Service was friendly and they got it sorted. I like Taco Time. Way better than Taco Bell.
Every single time I order tacos here I specifically ask for the medium sauce not hot sauce medium , and everytime I get the hottest sauce . Can’t enjoy my taco . Disappointed hopefully they can either ask what sauce you want or listen to your request .Food: 3/5
