I didn't even know this place existed until it showed up on my Google maps recommendations. Decided to stop in. Don't be fooled by the off the beaten path location, even with road construction the place was quite popular. Authentic Mexican food and tasty drinks. With the prices being the lowest I've seen for quite some time I didn't have high expectations but not only were the serving sizes large, the quality was near matching some of the fanciest Mexican places I've been. You can easily feed people for less than $10 a person and everyone leave stuffed and happy. Staff was nice, fast, and very kind. Place was clean and i enjoyed the environment. I will certainly be coming back
Best rice of my life, it's like good rice with an added spice I've never had before! Great tacos and sauces. And you can't go wrong with the enchiladas

I absolutely love this place and come as often as I can. My wife and I tried about 6 other taco places in the area and these have been my favorite! I've only tried the tacos but I often see other plates of food come out that look delicious. They have a great assortment of meats, the cabeza is wonderful.
Tacos El Rey is always on point. The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. I only wish they served beer, who doesn't like a cold one with some tacos, but hey can't knock'em for that. Great place! Parking: Plenty room to park in the side lot or out front of the building in the street.
Although this place is small with no a lot of seating the food and cleanliness of it far makes up. Local secret lunch stop. Best Mexican food in the area.Food: 5/5
Not only the food is really good here. What makes it a A+ is how clean the place is. Staff is so sweet as well. Parking: Parking is limited
Their food is always consistent. I have the same experience every time I come here. Good food. Fair wait time. Good salsas. Horchata is unique but very good.
Be prepared to wait for very delicious food. My wife says the tacos $2/each @ time of writing are really good. I agree & also tried a sope $4, which was one of the best I've ever had. The avocado sauce was unique & yummy. I'll be back to try this place again FOR SURE!
We tried this for lunch and by golly it was delicious! Wow! Their rice and beans are some of the best we’ve had. I had the enchilada and my hubby had the flautas. We both loved what we got and can’t wait to go back!
