Authentic as it comes. Delicious, friendly and if you like tequila, this is the spot! I had the pleasure of eating here again just the other day, talk about excellent! The owner she's awesome, friendly hard working woman! Hats off to her, she's holding things down and pumping out authentic delicious tasting food, and doing so with a big smile.
This is the best most consistent mouth watering food. The caldos and tamales are unbelievable. I am so grateful for this place.

Came here for a Sunday menudo. I'm incredibly picky with the authenticity of my Mexican food and this place delivered. The menudo was spot on, served with all of the correct toppings and amazing homemade tortillas. My boyfriend had the chilaquiles and the portion was massive and cooked to perfection. Fully recommend if you're looking for real Mexican food.

One little GEM hidden in Caldwell! Don’t let the outside full you. In all reality what matters is what’s in the kitchen. You won’t be disappointed… very delicious and good food portions. The spices and quality of food is outstanding. Kudos to the chef!
This was the very best Mexican food I’ve ever eaten in the U.S. Specifically, the ingredients were fresh and high quality, the salsa was fantastic, the food wasn’t fatty and “heavy” as many Mexican restaurants tend to make it, and the lady who served us was awesome. They spoke only Spanish there and the menu was in Spanish, but a smile is a smile in any language. This is a great little place and I’ll be back when I come to Caldwell again. I’d give them 11 stars if I could.
I love the food but other than that...they are randomly closed when they say they are open. They have a Grubhub but when I've placed an order the driver shows up to a locked up building & wastes 30 minutes or so. They can mark their Grubhub app as closed to avoid this but don't. They don't have a high level of caring about customers.
Went there on a whim and sure glad I did. It was so good! Easily the best Mexican food I've had in Caldwell thus far and right up there with the best I had in San Diego living there. I highly recommend!
We have enjoyed this little mom and pop place for about 6 months about 6-8 visits and it does not disappoint. Looking for incredibly tasty and authentic? This is it. Don't just a book by it's cover; if you're looking for the best in Mexican seafood, here you go.
