Great tasting homemade tortillas. Had Chorrizo and egg breakfast burrito, very fresh and well made. Salsa is bland needs salt when made, definitely has potential. Other than that, the foods been great.

The food is always fresh and delicious! Imelda's is owned by a local family and they are lovely people. Highly recommend eating here!

Delicious food here! My sister came one day and decided to take me the next time we were in Caldwell.  I loveddd their tacos. They're also big. I definitely will come here again. Such a cute and welcoming little spot.

The BEST breakfast tacos ever! You won't find a better value for the money! Amazing!

Great place closes thing to Texas food. The menudo is off the charts.

Tasty and generous portions. Has tables inside and outside for beautiful days and people watching. Definately will return to try more of the menu.

Just tried for first time...and it was REALLY GOOD!! Only critique I have is...your rice didn't taste homemade..? But overall, pretty good for the small place. Tortillas were awesome!

Love this place only down fall is that it's not open on the weekends
