It was my first time experiencing street tacos from a taco truck and I'm wowed by this place. Each taco is $1.50. Since I've been wanting to try street tacos in a long time, I didn't know what to get so I ask the guy to give me a variety of meat. And every single meat was so good. I also love how there not much fillers and more on meat so it's worth it. After I finished my food. I ordered 20 more pieces to take home and have my friend to try it. The tacos were really good. Ooohh, I also had their horchata $2.50 for medium size, $3 for large and that was good. The only thing I didn't like is their flan $2 for a cup. I am a huge fan of flan and what I tasted was like an flan colored jello, it didn't even tasted like egg or milk at all, I had a bite and that was it. Overall the food is good. Can't wait to try their other food
First thing I noticed was the Chicharrones on the menu. Then I noticed how large the menu was, tons of different meat for a truck. Grabbed some Asada, Adobada, Carnitas, Chorizo, Buche and Chicharrones. As well as grilled Jalapeño and onions. The Chicharrones were the first to go. Great red chili sauce on those and it was juicy and fatty, done exactly like I like it. Only place in the valley that I've found so far that has this. Asada was good, better than most places, carnitas was also very good. The Buche was cooked well, but bland. The chorizo was also a bit different, not hot spicy, but too much of sone spices that basically over powered the pork flavor. But even without a strong Chorizo, this truck is a 5 star for sure. Great prices, 2 tortillas per taco, good red and green salsa. Loved it.
Great price for decent tacos, nothing amazing or out of this world. But simply if you’re looking for lunch that’s what you’ll get. Tacos meat was soggy and not so grilled.. Customer service was awkward, not very friendly.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: No
This is the best place in Caldwell to get tacos in my opinion they use to be down the block from me on Middleton road now they are located 1302 Paynter Ave, Caldwell, ID 83605 beans and rice taste like it is made daily you won't regret eating here ever thank you all at Tacos ColimaFood: 5/5
Torta wasn’t the best, the adobada meat tasted too much like condiments and sort of like chorizo. The tripa taco was ok and the chicharrón was a bit overwhelming with cumin seasoning and was spicy. If you like spicy you will like the chicharrón. The horchata however was very good
Great place to get some cheap and good food brought friends to try and got them all hooked highly recommend trying their food.
Best tacos I've had in a while. Had 5 chicken tacos and side grilled onions and jalapeño were on point.. Red sauce on the side was the right amount of spice and flavor for me.. I would take these tacos, over any tacos from any actual building Mexican restaurant..
We are new to the area and have been craving tacos. A quick Google search led us to this gem. So delicious. Kids and adults all fed for under $20. The marinated pork was amazing and the kid and husband loved the tongue. The red chili sauce packs a punch and is still flavorful. Service was quick and friendly. We will be coming back for sure.
