NEVER have I seen such a garbage presentation for a shredded beef taco. Go anywhere else and they will fill the tacos with lettuce and cheese. This place definitely sucks. The same issues arise when it comes to the 5 roll taco supreme. There is one chef that is on point. The other is God awful. This place is an absolute pit. I will drive further just to avoid convenience, because the food here is garbage. Go somewhere else. Trust me.
Second time recently that we tried to get dinner at the drive-thru, only to have our time wasted. It is Friday night 8:30pm, interior lights and open lights are on. A guy is sitting inside on his cell phone, but will not look up. Once again, we wait at the intercom, and finally pull up to the window, and this time find a closed sign. We liked their food and like to support small businesses. We know the struggles of keeping employees, but where are the owners? Respect your customers.
My burrito came with the wrong cheetos. When I called the store the lady was not very nice and basically told me, it is what it is. I was not informed prior to leaving the store that they were out of the hot cheetos so they just replaced the hot cheetos for regular cheetos without telling the customer.
Couldn't get my order right got a los betos breakfast burrito with double meat hot dogs got no meat what so ever. The person I talked to said that hot dogs weren't a option. I told her she needs to review the menu. It clearly says hot dog potatoes egg and cheese. It's sad to say when people don't know what's on the on a simple burrito. Horrible customer service!!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO BACK EVER.
1st time was not so great.. thought we'd give it another try. Well worse! The lady was rude, forgot a burrito thank God my daughter looked in the bag before getting all the way home in Emmett, turned around and was rude again. 2 of the Carne asada burritos were so salty we threw them away. What a waste of hard earned money. Never again!
Used to be awesome! But just like any other business that grows it has become quite terrible, my last burrito literally tasted like diesel can't imagine why, one good thing was the lady at the window was extremely friendly.Food: 1/5
Today my husband and I went through the drive thru and purchased two breakfast burritos w/ beans. Usually we have never had any problems with the food despite the terrible customer service. Today was different. After receiving our food we went home and found that our potatoes were completely raw and not chopped up with skin still on but instead in a straight cut like for fries. The beans in our burritos were also cold. Upset over our food we returned to the store and proceeded to explain to the guy running the drive thru what was wrong with our order. He became angry and told us we couldn’t get our money back and then rushed us to order something different without potatoes if we didn’t like the food. We demanded our money back since we did not want to order anything else on the menu. He took our old food and went to the back and we could hear him talking to a lady as we waited in the drive thru for about 5 minutes. Shortly after he threw $14.82 worth of change back at my husband and then threatened us to watch out as the cameras were watching us and slammed the window shut on us. Terrible customer service! If I could give them a 0 star rating I would!
This is probably a biased review because I'm only reviewing the combination breakfast burito which we had a short time ago, but it is amazing! Unless I'm REALLY hungry, I get one and split it with my wife. We really like the green sauce that comes with it and to date, we have not found anywhere in the world and we have been to several countries outside of North America who makes a breakfast burrito that comes close to this one. I'm glad there are a few locations in the Treasure Valley but this is the one we frequent most often since it is closest to home and our go-to place when we run out of bacon and eggs at home or are headed out early for a road trip. Thanks Los Betos!
Easily, the worst Los Betos I've ever had. It was all bad, in comparison to other locations. Make the drive the the Blvd. You'll thank yourself.
Yes you should eat here. Excellent authentic Mexican fresh food. The Carnitas tacos are the best ever. Fish tacos are really good too.Food: 5/5
