The wait is absolutely outrageous... this is suppose to be FAST food. At least make the drive in wide enough for people to leave if needed. We have been waiting/stuck in line for 35 mins and we are still 4 cars away from ordering. We have 2 young kids and a baby who are extremely upset. Wish we should at least be able to leave.

Long wait time whether you go in or the drive through. But its still a taco bell so the food is pretty consistent

Food is fine, but my husband and I just waited for our food in the drive thru for 50 mins. I promise I'm not exaggerating....

Employees argue with me, they're very slow, often only stuff the burritos with rice (Literally  only rice and tortilla. Nothing else.) They constantly get the order wrong. At night they'll only have my car in the drive through, and maybe one other, then claim they got the order wrong and was slow because "We were so busy, we got overwhelmed." How is making 3 burritos being so busy they're overwhelmed? Grilled burritos won't stay together, and often they're not even folded. Just stuck in the paper and thrown into the bag.

The management is beyond the worst I've ever seen. Horrible service have no idea what they are doing. Would give negative stars if able to.
