Ye Olde Pizza Shoppe

We couldn’t even sit down and order. I heard great things about this pizza so when I moved to town I thought I’d give it a try. I walked in with my family and no one greeted us. We looked to find a clean booth without tears in the vinyl. We did not. The inside just wasn’t clean. We didn’t even sit down. I’d like to go try again, when/if they clean up in there.

Very good pizza when consistent. The pizza is different between each visit. It is still really good. Service is very nice but not great table service. Good salad bar. Classic Hermiston restaurant.

Not worth it. For the price vs the quality, their pizza is not worth it. The actual pizza dough is over cooked and tastes like it was a poorly made frozen box crust. The pizza sauce is bland and makes the rest of the pizza pretty bland as well. The reason why they are so expensive is pretty obvious: they stack on toppings like they can't get rid of them fast enough. But stacking on a million toppings does not make a good pizza. All in all, 2 out of 10. Flavorless, overcooked, and over-hyped.

These guys make the best original pizzas in town. Very authentic, excellent produce in their salad bar, best cheese on pizza .

As always, excellent food and friendly service. I've only ever heard of one other occasion in which it wasn't so great, but I wasn't present that day. 🙂
