It's an ok place. I absolutely love the curly fries, and the other food is really good. However, i have had the staff argue with me when they got the order wrong and i informed them of their mistake. They told me they were so busy that they had been overwhelmed. How were they overwhelmed when i was the only customer there, and i ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries, with 2 drinks? Doesn't make sense. Since then, however, their customer service has improved. Good job. Keep it up, jack in the box.

Jack in the Box has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants. They rarely disappoint me as others do & tonight was no exception. The gal who took my order made a small mistake & she fixed it for free & went above & beyond. I really have no complaints! 😉

Just like any other place sometimes it's good other times it's yet to me but jack in bucks for the most have it as ok and put me in a pretty good mood some of them are lousy others are good and find that everywhere
