Taco Bell

Owosso location officially sucks.. Very rude staff sloppy greasy nasty cold food. I realize is1245 at night but it's YOUR job to provide customer service and make food until close! very rude from the get i pull up wait12 minutes to be greeted, while 4 employees stand outside and smoke.. Bull... How hard is it to make 7 soft shell tacos 1 hard and 2 bean burritos? And make them right and warm? This place has gone down hill don't even understand why the owners don't step in and make changes to the staff.. All these reviews and still constant problems? You blow my mind totally taco bell!

I really like Taco Bell this location does not represent the brand. This location provides very skimpy portions of cheese and meat compared to every other single location I’ve ever visited, basically ripping customers off to save on food costs (and likely provide a bonus to the managers). Orders are frequently wrong, Gorditas shells are always flat / stale and the meat is frequently cold. I’ve gotten sick from eating here on more than one occasion. Tonight we ordered a chicken quesadilla and more than half of it did not have meat and the part that did had very little meat. Basically a grilled shell with cheese for $3.I will stick to the Lansing locations to satisfy my Taco Bell cravings.

Usually have great service and no problems. Up until recently. I had to go back in twice to get my order done wrong 3 times. I finally just left. Today I am in a hurry to get stuff done got a chicken power bowl with extra avocado ranch. NO CHICKEN and NO RANCH. Tried to call and got no answer.

Worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. I pulled up and 4 of the workers were standing outside smoking. Both tacos ordered had no sour cream and a tiny bit of meat. They were also very cold. Nachos had barely any cheese. I called the number on the receipt 4 times and no answer. I had to drive back up and speak to a "manager" who I am not convinced was actually a manager. I've never been treated so poorly. He told me I was wrong and called me a liar. He then slammed the window in my face and went back outside with 3 people to smoke. I could have cried. He did not listen or care at all about my concerns. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I am not sure if it's different during the day but I went at night and the person I spoke to was Mitch. I will be going back in the morning to speak to someone else. I am also calling there higher up manager.

What a great place to have when hanging out in town. In college, this was our favorite late food after enjoying a few beverages.
