I'm sorry, but for a coffee shop they don't have good coffee. Or any good drinks for that matter. But their food is really good!

Bad experience tonight 10/28. Went to get there fabulous ice cream and the lady that was helping us must be new. The manager was telling her to hurry up instead of helping her like she should be doing. Took 15min just to get two medium cups. She did one then rang us up at the register before making the next one. Just a very akward situation. I had to let mine sit on the counter top melt away as she didn't even get me a spoon until the other cup was done. Chip in and help each other for goodness sake this is a customer service issue that shouldn't happen.

What not to like about Timmies!! Great cold and hot coffee. Breakfast lunch and dinner you can enjoy there

I like Tim Hortons, but this restaurant has some of the worst service and consistently gets orders wrong. I've was yelled at by one of the staff members when I told them they gave me something different than what I ordered.

It's fine.. went there bout 4 yo 5 times.. all I know is as a customer or conservative person... they should be the one putting the coffee on the table of their olf people customer ... i fekt bad for those old gents and ladies there for burning their hand.. we all know its hard to carry thr cup of hot coffee when your hand is shaking...
