The food at this Taco Bell location is just okay. The fries were too salty, and the chicken quesadilla didn't meet my expectations, though it was acceptable for a hungry tummy. The portions seemed smaller compared to other fast food chains. Overall, it's an average experience.

I've been from time to time, with the general experience you would expect, and never any issues until today. My order was a bit off, received a couple of the wrong items and didn't notice until I got home with hungry kids. I called and they said come back and they would replace the items. It was handled very professionally on their end, I really appreciated the great customer service.

No need to mention about the service, whoever will go there can see there pace of work, there work ethic and timings of order, workers really not meant for restaurant work, on the other hand compare this taco bell to oshawa centre mall, damn.!! Day and night difference people in oshawa mall taco bell work like machines unstoppable, energetic, customer oriented and that too in fast paced environment, staff needs to changed or else manager.

My girlfriend and I were just at this location. It wasn’t busy, there was 1 family and a few other people. We ordered mobile pickup. We were left standing at the counter for a while even though our order was ready and behind the counter; no one served us, we had to call someone over to give us our order as the 5 girls behind the counter literally ignored us even though they were clearly seeing us standing at the counter. Why do I have to call someone over when there is 5 of you clearly not doing anything. When we started eating, the fries were cold and stale. They were for sure day old fries we ordered at around 4:30pm. They definitely were fries that were made in the morning or at lunch that they didn’t sell. The fries were soggy, stale and hard at the ends The chicken cantina was cold, the cheese was not melted; it was like the chicken was just plopped in the tortilla right from out of their fridge, same with our steak burrito. Steak burrito was just half cheese, so half of the burrito was just tortilla and cheese, barely any steak or beans. Honestly probably won’t order from this location again.

I love the renovations they have done. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is clean and tidy, well lit and maintained. Food is at great prices, but still gets good quality. I will be back! See pictures and don't forget to click on the Thoms up.
