I stopped by the other day because I was craving chicken nuggets, I got an 8 pack.nnIt was right around noon and the nuggets were prepared fresh as there were none in the warming tray. After about five minutes, I was off for a parking lot lunch.nnThe nuggets were on the small side, but, were fresh, hot, crispy and moist inside. Paired with a packet of Blackened Ranch and a packet of Bayou Buffalo they were pretty great.

My wife and I ordered a 4-piece chicken meal, and one of the pieces the breast part tasted terrible! The chicken tasted like it had been spoiled and refried. The lady on duty on February 10, 2024, at 3 pm was very rude, telling us that all chicken tastes the same! This isn't the first time we've ordered from Popeyes at this branch, but today was different. The customer service was really bad; instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and potential food poisoning they could cause, they argued that the food was fine. They even told me that when ordering, I should have specified not to include the breast. This lady has told me rudely what she has supposed to do.

The flavors were rich and delicious, and the portions were generous.nnBut what truly stood out was the outstanding service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, ensuring that our every need was met with a smile. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making for a wonderful dining experience.nnI highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a memorable meal and top-notch service.

This is how the chicken will be here in this store..The fresh chicken never be like rubbery..after this incident i heard the store selling tasteless chicken without salt..

We ordered for take out. One-2 piece spicy chicken combo and a spicy chicken sandwich combo. Got home, the sandwich was good, however the pieces of chicken didn't smell or taste right , smelt off. I called the restaurant to tell them, they insisted that the chicken was okay. I went back to the restaurant to get a refund. They were still insisting that the chicken was good. I insisted on a refund. After 10 minutes of waiting the girl finally went to the cash register and issued me a refund for the 2 piece chicken combo. Will be a very long time before I ever go back to any Popeyes.
