I love this place! I use their app to order and pay ahead. It's really easy-to-use. I go through the drive-thru and pick up my food. The service used to be very slow but lately they've been very quick. The food was hot, prepared the way I ordered it and it was very tasty. I highly recommend this Taco Bell.Food: 5/5
Every taco bell is the same. Just a bundle of potential for good food. Every fiesta veggie burrito I get even at the same place is different even though I order it the same way. It is annoying. Put the same ingredients on in the same portion and don't sort the ingredients so they don't mix. Nothing is worse than eating through one ingredient at a time.
The great thing about this chain is the bang for your buck. Truly can get a very simple meal for $1.29 and for just a bit more, something that'll fill you up. The food is good and prices fair. Staff is amiable. At the end of the day it's fast food but it's one of the best fast food places I've been at.
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Went to Taco Bell enfield with a mobile order for a quesadilla and nacho taco. Didn’t have nacho taco so I asked to sub a hard shell. They messed up my order gave me a soft taco. Then the manager REFUSED to fix my order and asked for my food back. I could see the manager slam the wall in anger. Can’t believe I used to work here. Definitely going to corporate don’t recommend ordering here.

Fast drive through but they gave me sugar free Baja Blast and forgot to add the potatoes I paid extra for on my burritos :-Food: 1/5
Although it was just drive-thru they were very patient. They made sure our order was intact everything was nicely put in the bag gave us enough sauce and Definitely gave us enough napkins! The employee at the window was very nice.
9pm and they are only doing online app orders or doordash????? this is insane to have lights on but close drive through. also staff was outside running around parking lot. I know good help is hard to find but this is unexcusable. just fyi, the app didn't work either
sad to say this but i loved them before my last visit. i was a loyal customer. not anymore. i went over here one night last week and had gotten my typical order with black beans instead of beef. had beef put onto my taco. went inside they corrected it. went home, but last night i had enough. i ordered through the app and went through the drivetbru. checked my order. both tacos were incorrect and had refried beans instead of black beans. go inside and tell them its incorrect and im not even mad. i understand mistakes happen. i had told them what i ordered then they gave me two chalupa tacos with black beans. not even what i ordered in the first place. noticed on my way home. turned around and then i had told them im sorry im back, but i didnt order this could i give you guys the taco and get this corrected? and they asked what i had i stated i ordered two of these tacos with black beans and instead of getting the two i ordered in the first place. i had one that was correct and they never gave me my second one. im just highly frusterated because i spent over $15 so that i could use one of my rewards from the app. if i didnt have that offer on the app i wouldnt have spent that much money in the first place. i get mistakes happen, but repeatedly telling them what i want and having them mess up 4 consecutive times is highly frusterating.
TB can be hit or miss but Wallingford definitely hit! Clean dining, well prepared food and friendly, caring staff.
