Got there in the evening and got a bit confused about the drive-thru acces and closing time see the photos but got just in time to get my order . Happy of the service so far !
This is the THIRD time I have gone and had the worst restaurant experience. The second time we downloaded the app following all rules and T&Cs for a promotion burger, the staff rudely told us they don’t accept anything of the sort even though there was an advertisement banner on the outside of the store telling us it’s accepted there. The second time you have a bunch of clueless employees shouting over each other not taking orders leaving a cue of people building up in store for then someone to say to the person at the front of the que, cash only. There was obviously a problem but instead of alerting all customers building up they were to busy fussing around each other than letting people know there was an issue. 12 minutes waiting in a fast food restaurant to leave empty handed.
Everyone can say even in drive thru or delivery or in store they can say easily it’s worst, but no one can wait for a second. Making food isn’t easy like to order so please take your time for good food and healthy food .
Food is great however it is the slowest drive through I've ever been through, literally one car infront of me and I still had to wait over 20minutes to order and get my food
Much better burger and chips than the plastic food at McD next door. Will be using in future. Better food all around and friendly staff. Loved my meal.
In general Burger King is terrible , that's why l haven't ate it in 12 years ..last time l was still in highschool. Today l wanted to try it again , it was 12 years due... terrible food. Chips where stiff and tasted like they where cooked in microwave , burger satly, cheap meat ...the only decent thing where the nuggets and onion rings. Wasted my take out day and money. Burger King tastes bad no matter the borough or country.
Check order before you leave. Paid for a whopper with cheese. Got the whopper, not the cheese. By the time I discovered it I was home. Phone number on the receipt doesn't seem to work either. Paid nearly £20 for an incomplete order. Really annoyed. Parking: Small parking lot.
I often come here to pick up a double whopper but then pop next door to the McDonald's to pick up a large Fries and a Coke zero. The drive thru looks a bit knackered but I've never had a bad burger.
The food is Burger King as all fast food it's the same everywhere, but the drive thru is crazy long to order. Not a huge driveway to fit many cars so if there's a queue too long you'll be waiting in a main dual carriageway. I love burger King but I don't like the prices but its still way cheaper than 5 guys . It's still a bit of a wait to get your meal but they cook to order and it's fresh and hot so if you not worried to wait in line go for it
