Chipotle where is the chicken?? 14 dollars for this? Very disappointed. And rice? It literally rice is the cheapest thing you could put in the bowl where is that. This location is trash. Never had an experience like this at any other Chipotle.Food: 1/5
Order from somewhere else! I've been going to this location since it opened and never had issues. In the last 6 months the quality has plummeted. I ordered 2 bowls and the meat between the 2 was enough for 1. Was given a coupon for an entree to make it better. Ordered a steak bowl with double the meat and after digging through to find the meat this was it! That's maybe 1 scoop definitely not extra/double. Chipotle has always been a favorite of mine but I'll find another location or restaurant from now on.
As a person who can’t eat gluten, I appreciate all the things your chain and staff do to keep my food free of allergen. It makes it easy for me to find food on the road and I frequent a few shops. This location is really doing it’s level best even when supply chain and staffing issues take a toll, they remain cheerful and accommodating.
I would NOT recommend this restaurant. instead go to the springfield one, I don’t have anything really bad to say about the inside, except for the overwhelming amount of times you have to ask for menu ingredients. although DELIVERY on the other hand is a whole different issue. ima vegetarian, and the amount of times I have received a wrong order, or someone else’s order, not get drinks or chips. I would genuinely say it’s about. 50/50 shot on getting the wrong order. defiantly not satisfied and door-dash doesn’t help very often with redelivery. manager is kind, but still noting has changed. I would give this store a 1 start highest.
Should be zero stars! Dried beans like they're overheating all day, yet steak is cold . Dirty dining room, dirty kitchen, cold food, lackluster customer service. Why go here with so much competition within 5 min of this place. Someone is going to eventually get sick there. Now I remember why it's been a year since I've been here! Spending my hard earned $ elsewhere.
I ordered a Bowl that was supposed to have steak and chicken When Uber eats delivered it it just had rice and beans With sour cream and guac. A big let down. Try to call the store and you just get a recording. Thankfully Uber eats re funded my money but still had to get from somewhere else after waiting an hour for my first order.
I was the first one to arrive on January 26, 2023. I was waiting to be served without an acknowledgment from 3 people. I was confused why employees did not say “I’ll be right with you.” So I decided to ask why I was waiting. I said kindly and patently, “I don’t mean to be rude, but I’ve been waiting here.” The employees looked at me silently like they didn’t know what to say. The manager it seemed like walked by and I told her the same thing. She said, “we don’t open until 10:45”. It was 10:46. At least acknowledge the customers presents and say “I’ll be right with you.” I walked out.
I had a great experience here getting some burritos. The staff was wonderful and very quick in getting my order filled. The adherence to Covid guidelines was also great. I appreciated the cleanliness of the establishment as well. I’ll be returning.
Stopped in at 7pm, there were about 4 employees working but they said they were short staffed. They were out of white rice and alot of people were asking. They said it was cooking which is understandable. Seems like lately every Chipolte I come into is missing something or has issues. The place was pretty messy, tables, drink area and garbage bins.
Second time I order from this place in the last 3months and they definitely don’t give a flying f&@k about you or any customers.. definitely not going here again.. that’s what happens when you have kids making your orders tf!
