Tiny portion of fries supreme that was missing ingredients and unappetising, and an anaemic soggy undercooked taco shell. Place is in the running for worst take out in the area. Drive through guy was friendly and helpful.
I rolled up in drive thru around 3:15pm today coming from port hope and I could not believe how wonderful the young woman and young man working the window was. I've never experienced such joy that someone takes in their job. It was amazing. My bf and I went one night around 8/9.. there were about 5 guys there for delivery pick ups when we arrived, they all left with a few minutes after we ordered. We were now the only 2 people in the place and it took 23 minutes before we decided to ask about our order, and another 3/4 to get our food?? At a fast food place?! They prioritized the delivery over dine in clearly. We had ordered 2 soft drinks and received one as the worked didn't here him order it I suppose, he didn't offer to get him one, once he asked. After a wait time of almost 30 minutes in total not one person apologized and the manager was the one we asked where our order was... nothing. Foods fine, it's taco bell, you know what you're getting. But you may as well go to the drive thru or order, you'll get your food much faster that way! We counted about 7/8 staff we could see and it's all open concept, you can see there are only 2 people in there, but not 1 comprehended we were sitting at a table in plane veiw with no food or drink.
After having issues with my initial order placed through a delivery app I called the store directly and spoke to the manager dawn. After explaining what happened with my initial order she took the time to listen to concerns and let me know that I could call back so that they could make sure my next order was taken care of. Even though most of my initial order issues were with the delivery app dawn took the time to make sure my 2nd order went through without a hitch. Dawn was able to give a more customer service in a few minute conversation then I received in the more then an hour dealing with the delivery app
I've been going here for years and have seen a decline for some time now. Half the time chilling cheese burritos are half full, and fries supreme look sad. As pictured, there is like almost no meat or cheese sauce. I asked for no tomatoes, so that is why those are missing This isn't the first time, but I figured I needed to chime in.
Fast service. Polite and delicious food! But we always order from the drive thru or food delivery service.Food: 5/5
Basically as good as you'd expect. Although I will say I noticed they don't put as much toppings on the Fries Supreme then other Taco Bells around the area.Food: 4/5
Hadn't had Taco Bell in a few years, and it still tastes as good as it did when I was a kid - But it does feel like there's less filling inside the shell these days. And they're still using disposible plastic products. Other than that, delicious as always. Liked the dorito shell. Classic beef was classic. Fries were meh. I remember them being more crispy. The Baha Blast is like mountain dew mixed with lemonade less carbonation. Drive through service was fast and friendly.
I went thru the drive thru this evening, ordered a cheese quesadilla with no Jalapeño Sauce on it as I have an allergy to it. Ended up getting home and taking a bite to realize they included the jalapeño sauce, luckily I had my epipen close by and could administer it before the reaction came into effect. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times to try and make this right but no luck getting them to answer. Very disappointed.
Monday night...7:45 pm ...5 customers in the restaurant and the dining room is a filthy disaster. Embarrassing to yhis establishment and the name. I'm sure the franchise office would be extremely upset to see the place in this condition. Shame. Also washroom sink and automatic soap dispenser is total garbage. It's like dinning in the dumpster.
