KFC

This is a terrible KFC. It wasn't always this way either, used to be good. The manager is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I've ordered from here twice in the past year. The first time, I said I'd try another KFC and the second time I forgot and ordered from here again. BOTH times they were out of Gravy. The first time it was subbed with an extra piece of chicken and this most recent time was subbed with a second macaroni salad. Both times I just wanted their Gravy and fries. When I called she was rude, said she called to try and let me know and wrote a note on the bag. No apology, no customer service just "No wait ain't got none of that." She did refund the order which earned her a star back. The chicken was grossly over cooked, and dry. And the fries were hard, cold and under cooked. Guess I lucked in with the extra mac salad as it was the only real desirable part. Overall, never ordering again from this KFC. I'll drive a town over than be graced with this abomination to the chicken. Not hard to see why there's a Popeyes on every corner.

Horrible staff. I called to simply ask for them to put my 5 hot wings with my extra 2 that I ordered on the side in one box since on Uber eats you can’t order a hot wings combo. The manager on the phone answered irritated and I simply asked her to put it all in one box she proceeded to yell and scream telling me that I didn’t order hot wings and I only ordered a 2 piece combo when I’m telling her I ordered 5 hot wings plus 2 hot wings on the side. She continued to yell and I asked for a different employee just so I can ask somebody else she proceeded to tell me she was the manager and that she didn’t need to give the phone to anybody else but all I wanted to do was ask that simple question. I did not get her name but can tell her voice and I will be coming into this location to speak with someone who is in a higher position.

For the 14 piece Bucket, only 4 were quarter of legs, 6 legs, and 4 wings. What happened to the breasts? KFC has gone double down their size. Colonel Sanders will be disappointed with what they serve.Food: 1/5

Food was gross, ordered the famous chicken sandwich and poutine, chicken was burn and overdone, it came out so fast that I assume it was just sitting there for a lengthy period. Gravy was tasteless and watered down? Like when was the last time this location was audited by head office, because this location is absolutely ridiculous. It’s no wonder why Mary Browns and Popeyes are killing it, you e gone way down hill KFC.

The first time we ordered from this store was excellent, today we have friends visiting, to impress them we ordered 20 pieces, it's turned out the most horrible chickens we ever had eaten. Each one of us only tasted one piece and the rest go to green box. Never order KFC again.

The amount of time I get a twister and tell them NO MAYO only chicken and lettuce yet they still decide to screw it up all the time why do we have people that aren’t even white working at a white restaurant ‍

I would rate this 1 star because of the food. The food was extremely greasy. I ordered a 6 pcs chicken and when we first took a bite out of it, it was covered in salt to make us eat it again and the chicken was dried. It was chewy. Then we also got the fries. The fries was good I would give it 1 star but I would say this. Please do not add a lot of grease and salt.

I ordered online and when done and finalized I realized the order was different. I double checked the code online with that in the flyer and it was the same. When I called I was met with arguments and interruptions. I insisted I was right and she kept saying I wasn't. She did reluctantly change it. How can you not know what is on your own flyer? Update:. The order was changed, yay! The chicken was horrible! Dry and overcooked! Changed the rating to 1 only because she did change the order. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else!

My visit was both positive and negative. We got our food quickly and the quality was excellent, but the store was dirty and the customer service was lackluster to say at best. I would advise delivery from this location.

I've been to this location a few times and have been satisfied with the food/service. But last time I went the batter on the chicken wasn't cooked properly and I could taste the flour. I'm assuming new management took over so I won't be going back to this location.
