Six of us came out to Mexico Lindo in Whitby on Taunton Rd and Gerrard St. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the place looked really good. They had lots of seats, even while they got real busy. We ordered two orders of Beef Tacos, Acapulco, Tabasco, Taco Salad and Burrito see pictures. They even brought out an order of nachos and salsa for free. Everyone in our group had nothing but good things to say about their meals.
We stopped at Mexico Lindo for a meal on Sunday evening. Excellent! Fresh, delicious and fast service. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants an authentic Mexican meal.
We came in 10 min before the kitchen was closed, but we were still placed and served with respect. Nachos and salsa were served as appetizers. Margarita was a little bit too sweet for me, but my husband liked it. Enchiladas and burritos - delicious. Good food, fast service, and sunny, mexican interior decoration. Thank you, Alex, for your service.
We were in Oshawa and decided to try this place for lunch today. Its a small little restaurant on Taunton Rd and decorated very nicely. We tried some authentic mexican dishes and were not disappointed. The chorizo chimichanga was amazing and flavorful. The guachenango was a giant ref snapper which was cooked to perfection. These were served with rice, salad and refried beans. Our littleone enjoyed the chicken quesadilla a lot. I would definitely come back here again to try the other items. Highly recommend.
The lady who served me was very nice. Got back to work with my $15.00 meal. See photo and you make your own decision. Did I love it?.....nope!!! It was even difficult getting over how unappealing it looked. Didn't want to waste my money and by that time I was really hungry so gave it a taste. Right into the garbage it went. Well, that was the second try for this place and without a doubt, never again!!
The best Mexican restaurant and experience I’ve had in Canada to date. Authenticity and perfection in the flavours of the food and the atmosphere is vibrant. I played it safe and went for the Fajitas. I’ll be back for more though!

I haven't had any good Mexican food in Durham... that is until now. 5 star breakdown is as follows: = flavor = location = atmosphere = service = inclusive atmosphere and relatively accessible as there are minimal if any steps. Will absolutely be returning! Thank you again!
Husband and I moved into Oshawa recently, but I have seen this place for years. Went for the first time and I regret not going sooner. The food was fantastic! We got the chorizo nachos and the birria tacos, in addition on got a mango drink. All was delicious, was licking the plate! I am usually quite the food complainer but this place was exceedingly good. Highly recommend.
Great service but the quality and amount of food was terrible we paid nearly $50 including a tip. I ordered the steak tacos and the tortilla was soft and broken, had to eat the tacos with a fork and threw out the tortilla, the steak was full of gristle. My wife got the quesadilla and it only came with 2 of them. Do better definitely won't be back.
