I like my local Taco Bell. Orders are always correct, food is hot and fresh and take out is very convenient and fast. Ordered a combo box and received the most disgusting meal ever. Warning beef is really 90% refried beans and a lightly sprinkle of beef. The cold not made to order potatoes came with a plant based cheese sauce. Not 1 item was edible.. except the lettuce. This place is not for sober dining.Food: 1/5
I order my food without lettuce do to a food allergy. The manager went as far as suggesting I get something that does not even come in contact with the item I am allergic too. I thought that was amazing.Food: 5/5
I dont know why people gave one star. I am the local and also two yers ago i worked here. They are so nice and foods are delicious.

The drive thru person, older lady was extremely rude, the young teen at the window was extremely rude, had to repeat the order 3times over, was told they couldn't make a cherry whipped drink when the guy the previous day was able to make it a d suggested the item, order was correct but staff friendliness was not. Tho there is a guy there a older gentleman that is awesome and will make you laugh when you order. Now that guy needs a raise cause he is awesome.
They shorted me on my order and when I called to tell them about it, they claimed that I didn't pay for what I ordered and that I only paid for what they gave me. Will not be doing business at an establishment that refuses to admit their mistakes.
What a disgusting place. Every table was filthy, yet the restaurant was dead, no one in there until after my husband and I with our 2 kids at 7:30pm. Every sauce bin was empty. All employees were hanging out in the back talking. No one would take our order, they kept telling us to use the kiosk. Our meal was completely messed up. When we asked for correct food we were given attitude and rude looks. So gross. I'd rather go to Monks and spend triple instead of trying to save a few bucks.
Perfectly great place, the staff actually cares & treat tourists like family. The food is always fresh and delicious! Been there once a day for a week while in town, nothing changes from sun up to sun down!!
One of the worst experiences I have had a Taco Bell. The young man that took my order was very nice. He was training a young lady at the moment that was also very nice and courteous. but the manager had a little attitude when I explained to her there was barely any meat on my snack wrap. I showed it to her and let her know I have never had a snack wrap with hardly any meat like this. Her response was a scope of meat is all I out on them. I tols her to if rather have something else of this os her policy. She took the wrap and stated she would make me another one. She mumbled under her breathe about me her staff as she made the new wrap which was very unprofessional of her. All she did was toss more lettuce on the wrap. I have been eating taco bell pretty much all my life. The snack wrap has been my favorite! There is meat on the bottom of the flat hard shell and on top of it! Just look at the picture of it!!! That dollap of meat on that Supreme Taco was just as awful. Glad I was just visiting and not starving...
