I was very disappointed with the level of attention I received from my nail technician on Monday. I felt like I was just rushed through without any sense of customer service. The end result was sloppy and I will not be returning to T-Nails. I recognize that this is a fast turnover industry but not providing good customer service will result in poor reviews that do end up affecting your overall business.

This rating refers to a shellac manicure only as that's all I can base my judgement on. I got a shellac manicure a week ago today and already had to remove it as the polish lifted and chipped. I've had shellac last 2-3 weeks before so not happy with the quality of this one, especially for $30 plus tax and tip..insane price for something that doesn't last.
