Qnails

Was there on March 12th for gel nails. I specified that I didn’t want acrylic and that I wanted short nails. I even showed a PICTURE of what I wanted. The nail tech didn’t seem to understand what gel was? He ended up using acrylic. When cutting the nails down, I kept saying “shorter please” and he would BARELY move. It got awkward after 3 times so I just settled. (I ended up cutting them down myself when I got home and that defeats the purpose). There was a design in the picture I showed him but he never offered to do a design. 55 dollars later, I leave with too long acrylic nails with no design. Not impressed and will not return.

I am incredibly disappointed, I would never go back to this salon even if it were the only place on earth! They were unbelievably rushed and rather overbearing with my sister and I while being hidden all the way in the back. The person who was working with my nails didn't have a properly cleaned station, they had made an absolute mess of my nail beds and my cuticles to the point where I was actually in pain and refusing to give them my hand back! They had filed the nail so hard it had flown off! They made no use of the tools that they should have been using. When putting on the gel, they would slap it all over my fingers and caused CHEMICAL burns over and around my thumb! I didn't even have the nails for a full week before I had begun to lose them, I couldn't even put on my jacket without a nail literally popping off. This salon was overpriced for their very disastrous handiwork. To say the least I was more than frustrated with my treatment.

I went here the other day for a pedicure and eye brown waxing. I would recommend getting a pedicure but NOT eye brows! The woman literally burned my skin around the eyebrows. The skin is so burnt it's turning brown
