The worst customer service that I have experienced ever!! DO NOT GO THERE! I wish I could rate them as -5. Extremely unprofessional people. The girl who works there doesn't know what she does. Not trained properly and rude! The manager is even worse. After so many back and forth and giving me incorrect information, I decided to cancel the prepaid plan that I just got. She deferred it to the manager and he was extremely ignorant. He didn't even bother to come by to discuss it. He mumbled something saying that he cannot refund the money. On the other hand, customer service over the phone was very nice and polite and managed to provide me with the full refund.

Our family of five visited this particular T Mobile store on Tuesday 1/10/17. We transferred our service over from Verizon, as we encountered the worst dishonesty at their High Ridge store. I vowed I'd never put myself in that place again. Here at T Mobile, the manager Oscar and his staff gave us honest, polite and respectful service. Our transition took over two hours and they couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. We have a much better plan at a much better price and best of all we were treated like valued customers. Thank you Oscar and the sales associates of T Mobile Main Street!
