T-Mobile

First of all, I hate going into phone stores. All of them. The only people I like less is car salesmen. That being said, T-Mobile (at least this one) was dang near painless. It still took a while, which is what I expected, but the employees are so great. 1. They're not pushy. Yeah, they tried to get me to buy stuff, but they were very clear on how everything worked. 2. They made sure we knew we didn't NEED to buy half the stuff in the store in order to start a basic plan. 3. Very friendly and fun. Now, their plans...wow! I get that they're not the cheapest, but they are close, and what you get for the price, unbeatable.

I would not recommend T mobile they pulled over $1200 out of my account after speaking to my bank they said T Mobile is the one who pulled it out i spoke to T Mobile and they would not take any accountability or even try to help find out were my miney was. I spent a week and a half tryung to get my money back. They finally returnrd and still wouldnt admit they took the money.

Purchased a phone here and the guy that helped me was awesome. Very friendly and not pushy at all. I went in knowing what I was after, and he simply got me taken care of. No pushy upsell attempts, just plain good, quick service.

This location has such excellent customer service. The employees treat you like family and go out of their way to make sure that any issues you have are resolved quickly and completely!
