Let's be honest this place has most of what you want for more than you want to pay. So does the competition that's less than a mile away so why go here... You don't own a factory in China that builds tools or, a lumber mill in Canada do you, nope. The other place with the orange aprons has the almost three exact same things for the same money so why are we here... Service! Good old fashioned customer service. A few "How are you todays?" Some, "Can I help you find something?" Even the head nod from the tattooed dude on the fork truck go a long way. These folks smile, they don't look like they are afraid of a pink slip at the end of shift. Sure dealing with the home improvement types must suck day in day out but, you wouldn't know it at this store.

I've always had a good experience here. I have been especially pleased when shopping for appliances. The paint department is really helpful also. I've never had anything delivered or installed so I can't help there. Sometimes they don't have enough people working the registers and there is a bit of a wait if you don't want to use the self checkout.

If I could rate this store less than 1 star I would!!! Horrible!!! Again!! Why on Earth do you expect people to wait on themselves? What ever happened to customer service? I tried to buy one lightbulb, first the self checkout said there was something in the bagging area, had to ask for help from a lady standing there visiting with 2 other store employees. She had to reset it ( TWICE) Then it made me swipe my card twice and still wouldn't let me use the pin pad! Had to ask for help a second time...The lady acted all disgruntled that she had to keep helping me! She would rather be visiting! Is it really easier or cheaper to make customers wait on themselves, as there are NEVER any cashier's available? Worst customer service ever!!!! Never again! NEVER!

Worren in cabinets was very helpful getting me set up with custom kitchen cabinets. They have great customer service.
