Yummy waffle breakfast spot in downtown Vancouver. Sausage & egg breakfast sandwich is awesome. Also my favorite is strawberry or blueberry waffles with maple syrup.
A combination of some outdoor and some indoor seating during this pandemic. Staff is very attentive and hard-working. I had the Couve Club which is a savory waffle with turkey, bacon and a raspberry jam. Very delicious and not overpowering with sweetness. Great spot for brunch.
My friend and I checked out syrup trap for the first time. We often travel to Portland to go to waffle window and we’re looking for a place closer to home. This place did not disappoint! The place is very cute inside. I ordered the waffle with turkey, havarti, and bacon with raspberry preserves on top.
Yummy ...had the Second Breakfast. Well prepared and good , attentive staff.
