Our focus is to create delicious food using the highest quality natural ingredients and to serve it in an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. Our shop is a place where the community can gather to sip excellent coffee and feel good about the wholesome food they are putting in their bodies. Lovely traditional bakery that offers a huge variety of baked goods: croissants, scones, cupcakes, cookies, cakes. They also have a breakfast / lunch menu that includes sandwiches. I had a breakfast panini and it was so warm and tasty! Definitely a place to check out if you are looking for baked goods or sandwiches in Vancouver.

So pretty what the new owners have done with the place. Spacious and inviting. The wheat free food is delicious and my gluten free taste buds are satisfied. Fun little afternoon date with my child. Sugar and salt yumminess and then I Love Comics right around the corner. Both open and helpful.

Had the bread pudding a couple of years ago, freaking fantastic!  Came to town again and got it, at best it's average now.

I love the waffles at Sugar & Salt! They have so many delicious treats and breakfast and lunch options. Their ciabatta bread is perfect for sandwiches.

Made my sons birthday extra special. I needed egg free cupcakes due to an allergy. I found them online and they were super easy to work with. I didn't ask for anything special- just said they were for his 1st bday and they made them adorable and put little toppers in them! Both were vegan and still amazingly delicious!
