I had a good experience with the walk-in clinic overall, although I went early and there weren't many people in the waiting room. I saw the doctor, Maria, who was excellent. Very personable and knew her stuff! She even told me to call back later in the day for a follow up, and I was able to reach her with no problem.

If I could rate this any lower I would. HORRIBLE. I'm currently on hold with these people for an apt. This is my second day of doing this... I called 5 separate times yesterday and was on hold for a total of an hour and a half. I just left a message with my information for them to call me back but we'll see how long that takes! This doctor was picked for me by my insurance.... I will be switching.

I sat in the Obgyn waiting room listening to the receptist and the nurses gossip about patients. I felt violated when I complained to human resources I was told that I misheard and was starting trouble. This is a horrible place and the nurses are careless in the pediatric care part. A nurse forgot to wash her hands when handling my friends baby, her baby got sick and taken back they told my friend that her baby was fine. Three days later her child passed away. After her child's death the put up signs that warned parents about rotovirus..long story short she won her lawsuit. The care given there is below the standard of care.

Slow even when there isn't anybody in the waiting room. Rude and judgemental. Cheap. Great if customer service doesn't matter to you.

I cant rate this place ANY LOWER sadly. The receptionist are nice and proffesional . However anyone else that works there are beyond rude. I had an eye doctor appointment on December 8th. I arrived a half hour early but waited 50 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to be seen. Im in the dental department right now and my appointment was 45 miutes ago I have yet to be seen. They were mediocre at best but now theyre just downright horrible. This will be the last time I ever step foot in this place
