Great cake!! Not too sweet but very rich in flavour. Would definitely recommend the fudge brownie cheesecake. Also ordered the cafe mocha and late which was also good, nothing out of the ordinary, but the cake itself deserves 5stars. They also have a good number of cake selection to choose from!

Atmosphere is exceptional. Service good. Good food. One complaint. Dangerous bits of broken shells in Mussels Marinara. Otherwise, nice experience.

Amazing food and selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; unique style makes for a new atmosphere; great desserts and fresh cakes that are made and put in a display case that you can go look for yourself; staff from my experience are very friendly, helpful, and humble, especially Oscar. I've had him as my server twice and he is exceptional!

I would like to give 5 stars but service was extremely slow, food was cold when brought to the table, and the waitress was unorganized. She was so focused on upselling our meals and didnt care to listen and attend to our needs. On top of that, the restaurant forced (added to our bill) us to pay 15% gratitude to serve our group of 6. The amount of gratitude should be left to decide upon the customer, not the restaurant. All of my guests were disappointed, I feel ripped off. Hope the owner will see this and improve the quality of service. It is nice to have Symposium in Stouffville, but if they are serving customers the way we were served, then I would like to see another competitor, because this is not the way to treat customers.

The food is good, but the service is usually a little slow at this particular location. The staff are always friendly and professional. If you are having a big group here, make sure that you have lots of time as the service can be slow for large groups.
