Wendy's

I requested via drive thru, a spicy chicken sandwich with no veggies. While heading to a work site a distance away.nWaited to eat, and to my astonishment. They scrapped the tomatos and the lettuce. But added two veggies that do not even come with a spicy chicken. Bewildered as well as pissed off. I am a carnivore and my food is ruined.

Hi there,nnI am not sure the sanitation standard, but I don’t see food prep gloves from the staff which makes me have some concerns. It’s been a while since I visited here last time.nnI enjoy dining in the restaurant with huge windows and beverage machine that I can refill, I just wish food and service could be as good as before.

Visited here for breakfast and it was horrible. Put an order through mobile while I was in store to take advantage of a coupon. Waited a few minutes, and noticed my order number didn't show up on the board. Asked the employee and received a shocked face as if my order didn't exist. Then they put the order through after confirming, took a bite and it tasted like I received what must have been at least a day old breakfast wrap. Sure enough, I got food poisoning. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, but the lobby looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Stains everywhere and everything was sticky. Don't waste your time or money. Never going back.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich here. But I’m pretty sure it wasn’t at all what I ordered and it tasted terrible. The chicken patty was too firm. When I saw the patty, I was so disgusted that I ate part of the sandwich. I really wanted to throw up. I was so hungry but I couldn’t eat it. I threw it away and I will never come back here again.

Giving this location 1 star is generous, in my opinion. Visited there today. Store was dirty when there were very few customers - would have been easy for one of the chatty employees to circle the dining area and wipe everything down. I doubt that this ever happens as there was ground-in dirt and grime everywhere. I ordered a cheeseburger which came out ice cold and on a VERY stale rock hard and crumbly bun. When I asked for a replacement, I received a very old looking burger that felt like it had been tossed in the microwave. I really don’t know how this location passes any inspections by the municipality or by Wendy’s itself. I will be reporting my experience to Wendy’s head office. Whether that does anything or not remains to be seen. Save your money and your digestive system and avoid this location like the plague. Came back to add that the staff were yelling at each other in a language other than English or French, which, to me, is unacceptable in a North American chain restaurant.
