The new ordering system inside the restaurant is a joke. Who ever thought it up should be fired. Now it takes 10 minutes just to get a coffee. If your ordering food you better bring a lunch as you will starve before you get your order. Unless the drive trough is empty I now go to the competition who still serve you fast. MacDonald's has become a joke. Too bad it was my favorite for over 50 years. They.just don't care anymore.

Great coffee! Amazing Bagels! Not impressed having to wait so long for it though. "Every bagel is made fresh" doesn't fly for me

Never had an issue at this location. Food always hot and the service is pretty good. Well another visit and we are still impressed. The service was pleasant and the food was great. Later evening visit and the dining room was clean along with the washrooms.

The wait times for service are typically long for in-restaurant and drive-thru, which really puts a damper on ordering here. The line-ups always tend to be long, without any observable solutions to address the problems. Food quality is on par. Staff are friendly and do their best with the resources they have.

slower than normal service and staff clueless about their own specials. Kept trying to charge regular price on ice frappes when they were on sale/promotion period 5 different times! I always ask for no pickles and order will be right 50% of the time.
