Great energy. Knowledgable trainers
I just started with SXS fitness since May 7 and I already see changes. Fumbi is one of the best trainers, he's really dedicated and good at what he's doing. He sets my mind on choices when it comes to nutrition which I haven't experienced with my past trainer from Goodlife.
One of the best fitness studios in the GTA hands down. If you're in the area you need to be there!

Good place but out couch is the best # fumbi
gym in the basement, generally clean, not super big, does the job, a bit pricey for membership but I think it maybe ok given the location near a rich neighborhood of the city ?
Excellent coaches, spacious facility and rigorous programming.
Gym is nice and spacious!
