Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Love the staff and love the food, can't get enough of the donuts and the pasta. People should understand that the staff does it's best to accommodate to everyone's needs. Customers should be treating staff with respect instead of being rude. There was an instance where a customer had made a server cry and that's not okay. And no they don't run out of chicken they simply just don't have enough cooked because they don't expect 10 tables of 6 to come in all at once. Dinner rush is where most people get stuck so remember to come earlier! :)

update 2 months and 4 visits later, good service was a one time thing. Other customers commenting on the length of time they watched my order sit, 15 minutes past the time that was indicated through their app, tepid wet fries... disappointed....1st review was this... Great atmosphere from the minute I walked through the doors! Pleasant staff, people who enjoy and are proud of their jobs and get along with each other makes this restaurant juice points. Smiles are contagious 😊 why not try?

Went for dinner before a movie on New Years Eve, only had 1 kind of beer to offer, which came out flat. Didn't have the appetizer we wanted, didn't have stuffing for my festive special but still charged the full price. Food took 50 minutes to arrive. Both tables behind us received food before we did (and ordered after us) AND were offered discounts for their wait. We were offered no discounts, last people to eat in the restaurant and the chicken we finally received was pink. We were offered a very empty apology and nothing else. Will never be back.

Service was friendly, accommodating, and patient (with FOUR kids). We were seated quickly, brought drinks even quicker, and ordered appetizers and meals in good time. The food did take longer than necessary to arrive, despite the restaurant being roughly a third full. However, the food was delicious, as always and the pricing, while slightly high, was not reasonable.

Had the hot roast beef sandwich. Was fantastic and reminded me of moms. Service was decent. Prices were average.
