Sitara staff use only Canola oil and locally grown fresh produce from the local Farmer’s Market. Sitara menu is about 95% gluten free. Sitara chefs can make any vegetable dish vegan including korma's by the use of coconut milk instead of diary. Sitara kitchen is a nut free kitchen with no chance of cross contamination.
