Good atmosphere, but loud. Not exactly the most quiet or romantic place to be. The food is alright, but the wait staff when I was here were very rude. My order was wrong, and my server behaved as if it was an inconvenience. I received baked cheese, and while for most this wouldn't be an issue, I'm lactose intolerant. The service was slow, despite it not being very busy this particular night. It was difficult to be given refills of water, because the server didn't pay any attention to us. If the food hadn't tasted so good, I would have rated it much worse than 3 stars.

Always enjoy dining at Eastside Mario's.  They keep the warm bread and salad always coming to your table.  Love all their food but love their pasta dishes.  Our grandchildren always ask to go there for their birthdays.

More than half the staff look grumpy. Food was good though but not offering salad refills. And way more worried about our kids having salad. Don't offer the meals at such cheap prices then! Raise the price! I don't think eastsides know what they want to be anymore? Be a restaurant not a Denny s chainstore! Have a vision! Please!

Though I still love the cheese capaletti, east side has been going downhill for a long time. The prices continue to rise substantially while the portions seem to shrink at the same rate. I can't complain about the service as I have never had bad service there, my only qualm is the corporate big wigs raising pricing and costs to the consumer. It's unfortunate too because the food has always been decent there!

The last three times I’ve been have been very disappointing. The worst of them all was recently when my friends and I went for dinner and waited an hour before even getting a table, another 30 mins before ordering and then waited an hour and a half to find out that our waitress had forgotten to give us our food. The meal for all of us was disgusting. The chicken I ordered was undercooked and the pastas and soups my friends ordered were cold. Never going there again.
